Our firm comprises of two partners, three consultants, one legal associate, three legal executives and nineteen supporting staff.
The firm was established by Mr. Hebti Hoosenally in 1963 and celebrates its 50th anniversary last year.
We have extensive experience in the areas of litigation, corporate and conveyancing. Aside from acting in the purchase or sale of both commercial and residential properties, we handle bank mortgages/legal charges/discharges/releases on behalf of The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Hang Seng Bank Limited, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited, CITIC Bank International Limited, Bank of Communications Co. Limited, Dah Sing Bank Limited and DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, amongst others. We also deal with finance companies in respect of bridging loans, second or further charges and a range of other financial instruments.
We have been serving our various clients for over 50 years under prudent and continuous management and have established an experienced and efficient team with a sound reputation in the profession.

Mr. Edwin Neo was born in Malaysia in 1950. He spent his youth in Singapore before coming to Hong Kong where he completed his secondary education at St. Joseph’s College. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree with honours in 1973 and his Post-graduate Certificate in Laws in 1974 from the University of Hong Kong. He was articled to Mr. Hebti Hoosenally and in 1976 was admitted as solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. Mr. Neo continued working with the firm and became a partner in 1979. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1991 and was appointed as a Notary Public in Hong Kong in 1992. He is a member of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee Panel. On the retirement of Mr. Hoosenally in 1992, Mr. Neo became the sole proprietor of our firm. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1993. He is presently an independent non-executive director of both Lippo Limited and Lippo China Resources Limited apart from other companies.
